Improve your volleyball skills with 75 minutes of drills in setting, passing, overhand serving and spiking. The lesson plan directs the use of individual training, pairing drills and game situation development to help each student reach a new level. Instructors organize short games at the end of each class. The lesson plan also incorporates leadership and educational components.

Improve your volleyball attack with 75 minutes of drills. Spiking & Serving is for intermediate players who wish to learn proper arm swing, footwork and jumping technique. Class drills keep the player focused on reach and power while plyo-metrics training enhances vertical jump and game performance. The 3-step approach will be taught along with transition attacking. Jump serving will be introduced to begin advanced scoring options.

Learn to golf! Enroll in intro to golf camp at Glendale Lakes Golf Club to learn the basics. Intro to golf camp utilizes SNAG oversized clubs and tennis balls to help players learn fundamentals of the golf swing in a fun environment with easy-to-use equipment.
Intro to golf camp includes (4) 45 minute lessons with a Golf Professional from Glendale Lakes Golf Club. Equipment is provided for each lesson. Lessons will be held outdoor and are weather permitting. The last lesson of each session will run an additional 15 minutes to allow participants time on the golf course. The fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching and cool‐down techniques are taught. Track and field events include javelin, discus, shot put, hurdles, long jump, triple jump and various running and relay events (activities may vary by area).
