Personal Training (Ages 16 & Up)

Our Certified Personal Trainers believe that fitness should build a good base to improve the way we live. Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle tone, prevent injuries, or accomplish daily activities with greater ease, they can design a personalized program to reach your goals. Each session is 50 minutes. First session will consist of consultation and assessment.
Must have a valid Fitness Membership at the time of purchase and training session.

Session times are coordinated with personal trainer.
Price: 1 Session - $35 | 5 Sessions - $150 | 10 Sessions - $275
