The Sports Hub is excited to introduce our NEW virtual fitness classes from Studio SWEAT onDemand! All these classes take place in our Studio 2. Studio SWEAT OnDemand (a.k.a. SSoD) is the best source for online spinning and other body-sculpting fitness classes. Expect amazing Spin classes, Yoga, Bootcamp, Pilates, and many other workouts, lead in a real environment with REAL people, just like you!
