Annual Fitness Members receive 50% off Featured Fitness Classes! Fitness classes require registration five (5) days before first class session.

Fitness Classes

The Sports Hub is excited to introduce our NEW virtual fitness classes from Studio SWEAT onDemand! All these classes take place in our Studio 2. And the best part is... they are FREE for all Hub Club Ultimate members! Studio SWEAT onDemand (a.k.a. SSoD) is the best source for online spinning and other body-sculpting fitness classes. Expect amazing Spin classes, Yoga, Bootcamp, Pilates, and many other workouts, lead in a real environment with REAL people, just like you!

Our Certified Personal Trainers believe that fitness should build a good base to improve the way we live. Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle tone, prevent injuries, or accomplish daily activities with greater ease, they can design a personalized program to reach your goals. Each session is 50 minutes. First session will consist of consultation and assessment.
Must have a valid Fitness Membership at the time of purchase and training session.

Session times are coordinated with personal trainer.
