"Move with the Mayor" is a national initiative that works with Mayors across the country to challenge their communities to be more physically active and raise awareness for heart disease and stroke prevention.
This Spring, Glendale heights will join over 68 other communities across the US in the "Spring Challenge." From April 15 - May 31, residents can participate by aiming for 150 minutes of physical activity in a week to promote a more active, healthier lifestyle. Check out our physical activity tips & tracker.
During this time, informative material regarding heart disease and stroke prevention will be share through our social media (Facebook & Instagram). We invite everyone to check it out! Together, we can build a healthier and more active Glendale Heights Community!
