New Fitness Center Hours

Our Fitness Center Hours have been extended! Now members are able to work out from 7:00 am all the way until 8:15 pm!

Harvest Fest Competitions

There is still time to sign up for one (or more) of the competitions happening at Harvest Fest on Saturday, Oct. 1 at Heritage Park from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Sign up for our bags tournament, hot pepper eating contest, chili-cooking contest, and/or wing eating contest sponsored by Wing Stop!

Family Health & Safety Fair

It's almost time for our Annual Family Health & Safety Fair! Head on over to the Sports Hub on Wednesday, Oct. 5th from 5:00pm - 7:30pm and learn various ways to keep yourself and your family healthy and safe. Local organizations will be present with educational material, promotional items, live demonstrations, and various health screenings. Limited flu shots will also be available to the public at the start of the event.

Haunted Trail III: The Return

The frights are back and better than ever! Join us for this years Haunted Trail III: The Return. Saturday, October 29 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

Make your way through the trails six hair raising scenes which are home to some of the most menacing creatures Glendale Heights has ever seen. Guests beware... you're in for a SCARE! Guided tours will run every 10 minutes. Kid friendly tours (less interaction) will run from 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm.
Pre-register today! $5/$10 per person

Day of event tickets: $8/$13 per person

Volunteers needed! Characters, set design, make up and more. Please contact Cris at if you are interested in being a volunteer for this event. Volunteers must be at least 13 years of age.

The mission of the Glendale Heights Leisure Services Department is to build on current strengths by preserving open space and providing quality recreational and leisure services and facilities for the residents of the Village of Glendale Heights. With our variety of parks, facilities, and Aquatic Center, we work day in and day out to accomplish the goals set within our statement and beyond.
